Truth be told, we mentally answer that for our parent-selves all the time.  And it's usually "could do better" or even sometimes "lousy".  

But it's a question that deserves an answer.  Funny thing is that we don't often go to the source - our teen - and find out.  After all, their opinion is the one that really matters.  

Wouldn't it be great to find out what they think and not use a shouting match or guessing game to find out?
