"I Didn't Hear/Remember THAT"

👆Podcast #P35:  "Well, I missed THAT".  Listen: 👆

CHAOS.  Yes, CHAOS.

Information comes at us faster than a car in the Indy 500 Race.

Think that happens to your "nearly grown"?  Of course.  That's why I use the word - CHAOS.

Their brains go into overload.  How can they learn to synthesize what they hear, see, and read? It's crucial, absolutely crucial for the to master this skill as they progress into adulthood.  It's a need our kids *hopefully* use every day.  But do they do it well?

Have you ever heard:  "Mom, I didn't hear that" OR "Dad, I just didn't have that in my notes? OR "That was in the textbook and I didn't put those points together."

As they move into high school, or college, or their first job - having a synthesizing skill just might be the very leg they use to keep moving forward in life.

What's recorded is remembered.
What isn't - - - well, it isn't remembered.

In this 10-minute podcast: (at the top 👆)

  • learn how synthesize and record data to be used later
    • tie reading, hearing, synthesizing into recallable information
  • learn how to experiment and practice skill easily
  • learn how you can get your child's buy-in

An extra bonus for we parents?  We can improve our brains, and our own retention skills with this, too!

By the way, this skill won't require you to spend any money and is helpful for nearly any age.  Some may call this "note taking".  But that downplays what really needs to take place.  This podcast will help.

As always, we are here to help parents sneak in wisdom and learning in a unique and different way because times have changed since we've been their age.  We parents are willing to adapt to help our kids get ahead.

As always,

You CAN Have Success in the Middle of it ALL !
